According to the decision, the exemption includes fees for reviewing and examining registration applications, adding securities to the stock exchange tables, etc As well as fees for publishing financial statements, in accordance with the rules regulating the capital market.
The decision comes as part of efforts aimed at encouraging small and medium-sized companies to enter the stock market, and providing them with greater opportunities to obtain financing through the capital market.
